DIRECTORS

The Sheboygan Theatre Company (STC), a community theatre located in Sheboygan, WI, is looking to hire DIRECTORS for its upcoming 79th Season!
The STC Season consists of 5 shows, August 2012 through May 2013. The positions would call for the Director to work with our staff.

Applicants should be graduates of an accredited college or university with a bachelor in theater AND/OR have a minimum of three years of experience in theatrical production direction. Pay Range: dependent upon education and experience, Musicals: $2,500 - $3,500. Plays: $2,000 - $3,000. Click this link to view the job description. The Sheboygan Theatre Company is looking to hire music directors for 3 musicals for our 2012-2013 season. Each contract pays between $1250 to $2000. TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR-SOUND

The Sheboygan Theatre Company of Sheboygan, WI is looking to hire temporary part-time technical supervisors of sound.  This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established community theatre company. This person will primarily supervise the sound department and take the lead in sound design, setting up equipment, programming, and operation.  Education and experience in sound is a requirement.  Sound consultants are welcome to apply.  Education and experience in theatre is preferred.  Duties include sound design, setup, troubleshooting, programming, sound engineering, and running equipment as necesssary. The position supervises and trains volunteers and staff to design, setup, and run the equipment.  The position reports to the Production Manager and works with the Director and the Technical Supervisor-Sound/Lights.  Other duties may be assigned as necessary.  Pay is between $152-$285 per week, based on experience, with an average of 19 hours per week. The contract starts by October 17th and goes thru May 17th. There is a probationary period that ends February 11th. Job description may be found at this link.
